Project Description:
The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking proposals for an experienced
proponent to develop a Regional Parks Stewardship Plan and lead
agency/interest-holder engagement on the draft plan concepts. The
Stewardship Plan will establish a comprehensive, systemwide policy
framework that brings together conservation, recreation (visitor experience),
and First Nations cultural and traditional values to guide the long-term
stewardship of CRD regional parks
